In 2011, LZ Assist established an official partnership with Caretaker Medical (an advanced R&D company of intelligent medical technology in the U.S.) to jointly carry out the business of intelligent mobile medical. Caretaker Medical focus on the R&D of wearable monitors of vital sign parameter that is medical grade.
In 2013, LZ Assist began the clinical trials of the Caretaker in partnership with Peking Union Medical College Hospital, in preparation for this product to enter the Chinese market.
After CareTaker was approved by FDA in 2016, LZ Assist immediately filed an application with NMPA for it.
Through a safe platform -- CareTaker Cloud, LZ Assist manages customers’ health data continuously and stably and keeps track of the patients’ health conditions after recovery, to prevent potential risks, alleviate the patients’ pain, relieve the pressure of medical staff, reduce large medical expenses, and make the diagnosis and treatment a warm process.

With a revolutionary innovative technology, and being able to calibrate automatically, CareTaker is the world's first non-invasive, ICU-level device that monitors blood pressure continuously. CareTaker is able to distinguish systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures clearly and to record pressure waveforms. In March 2016 CareTaker was first approved by FDA to come into the market, and in April 2017 its three new functions were also approved by FDA.
Blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, heart rate and other vital signs parameters can be transmitted to the terminal devices, information collection terminals or cloud through Bluetooth or other wireless transmission methods.
Through the cloud, LZ Assist's professional team remotely processes all collected data, analyses the big data, and makes accurate and professional remote analysis reports, and informs the results to the medical workers, patients themselves or health care institutions in time.
